Raising awareness. hope. funds.
The Lake Naomi/Timber Trails Breast Cancer Rally raises money for Linda Creed Breast Cancer Organization. Everything raised stays local.
Who We Are
For the past several years, the women of Lake Naomi-Timber Trails have sponsored annual events to raise funds for breast cancer awareness and services needed for the care of this dreaded disease. Fund raising efforts have traditionally included golf and tennis activities and our end of the rally banquet. In 2013 we welcomed a new addition of a 5K Run/Walk that was open to the public. This event exceeded everyone's expectations and we look forward to an even bigger turnout in 2014 with new fund raising events being added to the roster.
All funds raised stay local! The Linda Creed Breast Cancer Organization works directly with the Pocono Medical Center to provide free mammograms and diagnostic tests for uninsured and under insured women who do not qualify for government programs as well as providing financial assistance through grants for those in need.
We who live in Lake Naomi/Timber Trails community are fortunate that we can coordinate the fund raising for this most worthy cause, give of our time freely and serve the local businesses with affordable advertising and patronage.
